2. Bookings and Payments
- Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure custom travel itineraries or event dates.
- Pricing: All prices are subject to change based on currency fluctuations or supplier price increases until the final payment is received.
- Final Payment: Must be completed by the date specified in your personalized quote. Failure to pay may result in the cancellation of reservations.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Client Cancellation: Cancellation fees vary depending on the supplier’s policy. Pass Voyage service fees are non-refundable.
- Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations, medical emergencies, or trip interruptions.
4. Event Management Responsibilities
For corporate conferences and conventions, the client is responsible for providing accurate attendee data and adhering to venue-specific safety and conduct policies. Pass Voyage is not liable for damages caused by event attendees or third-party vendors selected by the client.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, imagery, and the Pass Voyage logo, is the intellectual property of Pass Voyage. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
Pass Voyage shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, claim, or damage arising from your travel or event, including but not limited to “Acts of God,” weather conditions, or local strikes.
